Threshold Limit Value: No TLV stated by Cesium nor for Cesium Chloride. ACGIH lists TLV for Cs(OH) in air 2 mg/m3, Cs CI oral mouse LD50:2300 ms/Ks.

Effects of Overexposure: NIOSH "Health Hazard Evaluation Report 71-27" covering Cesium and Rubidium states: "chronic toxicity data are not available, but review of the medical and toxicological literature suggests that both elements have low degrees of toxicity."

Emergency and First Aid Procedures: In case of contact with eyes, immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for 15 minutes.
